Georg and I have been working very hard to assure that Buyers are being drawn to our website; increasing the number of hits and showings for our clients properties. When we first launched www.MovingToBainbridge.com, we had as few as 10 visitors per day. We then invested in Search Engine Optimization, which was helpful, but what has really increased the number of visitors to our site is "time and money". We have quadrupled our capital investment in print advertising for our clients with a monthly, full page ad in Homes and Land Magazine; a weekly full page color ad in the Bainbridge Islander and a weekly, half page color ad in the Bainbridge Review. We are also running regular ads in the Bellevue and Kirkland Reporters, the Washington Athletic Club Magazine and the Puget Sound Business Journal. For every listing, we provide the buyer with a direct link to that property, so they can easily visit our site; view photos, read additional marketing remarks and contact us for a showing. Print Advertising Works but it works much better when coordinated with an effective website advertising campaign.
We are also investing in enhancing the presence of our listings on popular Real Estate Sites such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com, LuxuryRealEstate.com, HomesandLand.com, Realtor.com, the DuPontRegistry, the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. We have added www.MovingToBainbridge.com to the marketing remarks, allowing buyers the opportunity to learn more about our clients properties and the opportunity to e mail or call The Expert on that property (us!) rather than an unaffiliated Broker.
Vigilance, Creativity and Financial Investments are the keys to successful internet marketing.
