Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market Update 2011 Year-to-Date
We have seen a slight uptick in sales for homes priced up to $500,000 and condo sales are a bit higher than YTD 2010. We are close to dead even in sales for 2011 but the market is still seeing varying degrees of depreciation, steepening as the price point increases.
Georg and I have seen an uptick in our sales, with five homes currently under contract. Sales for our office have also picked up. Traffic to www.MovingToBainbridge.com is steady.
