Bainbridge Island Market Update as of December 14, 2011

It looks like we will end the year with a slight increase in residential and condo sales.  Sellers with Homes priced over $700,000 find themselves in an extremely soft market, while there are some tremendous values in this range!  The lower price ranges, our gateway pricing on the island, is doing very well.

Georg and I have seen a dramatic uptick in our sales, with five homes currently under contract. We are also working with very well qualified buyers.  Traffic to www.MovingToBainbridge.com is steady with large weekend spikes. Also, the number of buyers signing up for our "auto search", alerting them to new inventory via e mail, has tripled.
