We over the years have worked with a good many realtors in the Puget Sound area. Our past experiences made it difficult to even go down the road again with a realtor selling our land, however do to the financial climate we felt we needed to. We had never worked with Arthur Mortell,from Coldwell Banker, but I interviewed him on the land we wanted to sell, along with numerous other realtors. Arthur by far brought a sense of professionalism, honesty and sensibleness to the table, with no hard salesman pressure. He spoke as if he were my brother doing this work for us and related to so many of the issues and concerns and hurtles we saw, leaving us feeling we could do no better. And wow were we right. Our journey with Arthur has from the beginning been so good, we are sad in a way that he sold our land, because we so enjoyed him and the experience. We were so pleased with the extent of publicity he consistently gave our property, not an occasional add here or there, but non stop well worded and compelling adds. Arthur Mortell handled the short-sale of our home recently. My wife and I were constantly amazed how Arthur's knowledge, responsiveness and client-centered approach made a potentially horrific process manageable and relatively straightforward. Georg & Arthur are very responsive, it is unrealistic to expect immediate response from any professional. They always responded to our calls promptly.

Georg & Arthur are discriminating about the properties they accept as a listing. Before they would accept our property it had to be inspected by the local 'inspector from hell' (as one neighbor described him) and found to be in very good condition. The results of that inspection were available for other agents to review. For that reason buyers agents could be comfortable bringing their clients to see our home.

As they helped us through the sale negotiation their many years of experience helped avoid closing problems. They know the local escrow offices and the fact that George & Arthur are held in high regard I think helped smooth the process.
