Georg Syvertsen

Georg was born and raised in Seattle and completed his education there as well.

His career began with Ryder Systems where he learned in-depth marketing and management, earning him promotions that took him to Portland, Denver, and eventually back to Seattle.

His real estate career began over 40 years ago at a local boutique firm, Deschamps Realty, where he was the sales manager for 20 years and eventually became the owner. Deschamps was acquired by Coldwell Banker McKenzie in 2007, at which time, he began his partnership with Arthur Mortell.

Both accepted an invitation to join Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and in 2022, they joined with Beckey Anderson, providing a broad skill set and a high level of quality in every relationship.

Georg has served as President of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors, a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and is recognized in Seattle’s Best Real Estate Brokers.

Beckey Anderson

With over a decade of experience in property management and a background in psychology and non- profit fundraising, Beckey Anderson offers her clients a fresh perspective on the Bainbridge Island real estate market.

Always looking for new opportunities and learning experiences, she makes lasting connections with clients and navigates the challenges that can arise during the transaction process with ease. Beckey’s clients are her top priority and she acts as their trusted advisor and advocate. She loves to see the joy on her buyer's faces when they walk into their new home as much as working with sellers as they prepare for their next adventure and experience the process of letting go.

Beckey’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty stems from a shared commitment to white-glove service and premier marketing. Beckey is strongly committed to understanding and crafting the story of each home while implementing the latest social media tools to leverage her marketing and gain the greatest exposure for her client's homes.

With her previous work for the Bainbridge Schools Foundation and volunteer work with various parent-teacher organizations, Beckey specializes in residential real estate. She deeply enjoys bringing families to Bainbridge Island and sharing her in-depth knowledge of the local neighborhoods and schools. Originally from New England, Beckey fell in love with Bainbridge Island the moment she first saw its shores from the ferry nearly ten years ago. The Island was a natural fit and she and her family love living in close proximity to Rolling Bay and Fay Bainbridge Park.

When not in the office, Beckey is often found in her garden with her dogs, playing at the beach, or cooking a delicious meal for her friends and family. Deeply connected to helping youth and her community, Beckey serves on the Board of Directors for Bainbridge Youth Services as the Development Chair.
